The self-check-in process proved frustrating, especially upon arrival by car!!! No designated loading area for luggage created unnecessary hassle.

Incredibly beautiful hotel located so close to Italy, to the train station so handy to get to Venice, and a lovely picturesque square. The staff were helpful and affable and helped with free parking. Lovely food for all meals

No reason to complain, the venue exceeded all expectations. We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was stunningly beautiful, had marvellous location to the centre of the old town. The room was spacious and faced city.

The charming decor of my room added a unique touch. I loved the thoughtful design and the cozy sitting area, made relaxing easy. The location of the hotel allowed for a lovely view. The check-in process was frustrating. No one was on-site to greet me, and after multiple attempts to get a code for access, I spent a stressful hour trying to reach someone. The breakfast was basic, a single pastry with coffee and juice. For the price, I expected more variety. Despite the lovely location, the service left much to be desired.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and the staff amazingly helpful, excellent location to the centre of the old town. I was given twin room with an electronic key card, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. Location: the property was near Venice, the train station, and a cafe embedded into the basement of the Palazzo...

Ensure you check for parking arrangements in advance and have a contact number ready, as reaching assistance can be challenging at busy times.

I faced significant issues with check-in. The self-check-in process was infuriating. There was no one to assist us, leaving us stranded outside in the rain without any response to our queries via WhatsApp. Communication was a disaster, and we had to wait far too long for access to our room.

The superior twin room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The hotel has a great atmosphere, very quiet and relaxing. It's close to the train and bus station, just an easy 10-minute walk. I loved the continental breakfast served in the cozy coffee shop below! The self-check-in was a neat touch too.

Charming room, convenient location, the well-equipped coffee shop on-site provided a good start to my day with breakfast just steps away, and the easy access to the nearest airport made my arrival seamless.

Loved the vibrant atmosphere! The room was so comfy with air conditioning and a tv. We enjoyed having a coffee machine and the private bathroom was stocked with free toiletries. The library nearby was a nice touch. Plus, the terrace view of the square was lovely!

Just a fine choice for a swift stopover in Treviso with best value. I appreciated the convenience of having a laundry facility nearby, made my brief stay even easier. Make sure to bring an iron or check if one is available in advance.
